As one of the two leadership positions designated in The Bible, Deacons are partners to the Pastor, supporting the Pastor's leadership. Deacons assist the Pastor with administration of ordinances of The Church, Baptism and Holy Communion. Deacons also assist the Pastor in ministering to members of the congregation.
