    SENIOR PASTOR

  • Children & Youth

We invite all children and youth to come and celebrate the 5th Anniversary of Pastor Mitchell on Saturday, August 23, from 10-11am.

Enjoy this time filled with: dancing, games, spoken reflections, painting and delicious food.

RSVP by: Tuesday, August 19. Please arrive by 9:40 to start promptly at 10.

For more details, please see: Sis. Sheila Baker, Sis. Leighsa Waddey, or Ramon Moore. Let’s come together to celebrate this glorious occasion with Dr. Mitchell; we can’t wait to see you there!

    Ministry Love Offerings

Organizations are asked to commemorate this special occasion with a love offering of appreciation and encouragement. We invite you to join the celebration of Pastor and people with a card and your best offering. We hope to achieve 100% organizational participation; no special amount—just give as you are able.

While the preferred date for leaving your gift in the Church Office is Sunday, August 24. Gifts will be accepted in the Church Office through the close of business on Thursday, August 28.

Gifts will be placed in a decorative basket and presented to Pastor on behalf of the organizations. Again, we are asking that everyone bring their organization’s gift in advance so that they can be presented collectively.

Representatives will be reaching out to organization leaders via phone. If special arrangements are necessary regarding the deadline, please reach out to a member of the Pastoral Relations Committee. No doubt, some individuals will feel inclined to bestow personal gifts to Pastor and First Family, however, individual gifts and tokens will be handled separately.
