Ministry Love Offerings
Organizations are asked to commemorate this special occasion with a love offering of appreciation and
encouragement. We invite you to join the celebration of Pastor and people with a card and your best
offering. We hope to achieve 100% organizational participation; no special amount—just give as
you are able.
While the preferred date for leaving your gift in the Church Office is Sunday, August 24th,
gifts will be accepted in the Church Office through the close of business on Thursday, August 28th.
Gifts will be placed in a decorative basket and presented to Pastor on behalf of the organizations.
Again, we are asking that everyone bring their organization’s gift in advance so that they can be
presented collectively.
Representatives will be reaching out to organization leaders via phone. If special arrangements are necessary regarding the deadline, please reach out to a member of the Pastoral Relations Committee. No doubt, some individuals will feel inclined to bestow personal gifts to Pastor and First Family, however, individual gifts and tokens will be handled separately.

Vacation Bible School 2025
"What A Mess!"
Things definitely got messy!
Jesus loves messy people! That’s good news for us, because we all have our own messes. "What a Mess!" VBS was, and still is about how Jesus deals with our messes – our sins, mistakes, and weaknesses. Throughout the week we explored the following questions:
- Why is the world such a messy place?
- How does Jesus respond to our messiest moments?
- How should we respond to our messes?
- What does Jesus do about our messes?
- What about other people’s messes?
All the while, we had lots of messy fun, with snacks, crafts, and most importantly learning The Word!
Our Messy Itinerary:
Our 4-Day VBS Experience started Monday, June 9th - Thursday, June 12th. This year's co-principals were Lay Leader A. Ramon Moore and Deacon Sandra Hansboro, along with Deacon Jackie Johnson as VBS coordinator.
Each night our Bible School pupils were ecouraged to participate in wearing:
Monday = Mix Match
Tuesday = Same Color, Head to Toe
Wednesday = Wrinkled
Thursday = Favorite T-Shirt
